is on the lookout for a Civil Engineering Project Specialist to join our Power Generation Business Sector, focusing primarily on renewable energy initiatives, alongside other regional projects as necessary.

We provide our employees with the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid model, subject to supervisor approval, and this role is eligible for a sign-on bonus.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, leveraging their academic background and previous experience to evolve into a versatile engineer capable of advancing in today’s dynamic landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in energy-related projects with an emphasis on renewable sources
  • Support the management of civil site engineering assignments
  • Facilitate client interactions regarding civil site projects
  • Contribute to leading project teams
  • Assist in crafting civil site proposals
  • Oversee task management for assigned projects, including schedules, budgets, and quality assurance

The candidate will be involved in various civil site engineering tasks, which include:

  • Site Grading Plans
  • Erosion and Sediment Control Plans
  • Stormwater Management Plans
  • Hydrologic and Hydraulic / Drainage Plans
  • Utility Design and Relocation Plans
  • Maintenance and Protection of Traffic Plans
  • Geotechnical Investigations
  • Permit Applications (earth disturbance permits, building permits, land development plans, high occupancy permits, etc.)
  • Access Road Section Development
  • Construction Drawings, Specifications, and Quality Control Plans
  • Construction Cost Estimates
  • Owner's Engineer Support During Construction
  • Field Investigations
