About the Role

iHeartMedia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Vice President of Programming and Digital Brand Management to lead our Alaska operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company that is revolutionizing the audio industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive programming strategy to drive ratings growth and increase audience engagement across our radio and digital platforms.
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals in programming, promotions, and digital brand management to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute revenue-generating strategies that leverage our multiple platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze market research and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with on-air talent, promotion leads, and digital leads to drive audience engagement and build our brands.
  • Work closely with the Market President and Vice President of Sales to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
