Job Overview

At Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center, we are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Service Advisor. This position is essential in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while their vehicles are being serviced.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage service orders and oversee the flow of operations in the service area, ensuring customers receive timely and courteous assistance.
  • Take responsibility for enhancing the customer experience, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Provide comprehensive support for all customer inquiries, whether in person or over the phone, to ensure no customer feels neglected.
  • Optimize the scheduling of technicians' time to maximize service efficiency.
  • Distribute tasks among technicians effectively to maintain workflow.
  • Address technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, and service options.
  • Maintain a high Customer Success Index in line with company standards.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and coordinate the ordering of necessary parts and tools.
  • Oversee warranty claims administration and support the training of service department staff.
  • Enforce company policies and ensure adherence to established standards.
  • Promote compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships with manufacturers and maintain good employee relations.
