Key Responsibilities

  • Manage service orders and oversee the flow of the service area, ensuring customers receive timely and courteous assistance.
  • Take initiative in enhancing the customer experience, ensuring a positive impression of the dealership.
  • Provide comprehensive support for all customer inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure no customer feels neglected.
  • Optimize the daily scheduling of technicians' time to maximize service efficiency.
  • Distribute tasks among technicians effectively.
