Key Duties- Support Sales Leadership:
- Assist the sales manager with daily operations and initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales objectives and enhance overall effectiveness.
- Vehicle Presentation:
- Help in showcasing and arranging vehicles on the showroom floor and lot.
- Ensure that vehicles are spotless, attractively displayed, and accompanied by correct pricing and information.
- Internal Vehicle Management:
- Oversee the intake and processing of trade-in and internal vehicles.
- Guarantee that all required documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
- Customer Engagement:
- Provide customers with comprehensive product knowledge regarding vehicles and services.
- Guide customers throughout the purchasing journey, from initial inquiries to finalizing sales.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight features and advantages.
- Sales Assistance:
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to remain informed about product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Assist with follow-up communications to foster sales and build customer relationships.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as necessary to support the sales team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong interest in the automotive field and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
