As a Sales Ambassador at Smith Auto Family, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a seamless car buying experience for our customers. • Assist Sales Manager and Sales Department:

  • Support the sales manager with daily tasks and projects.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

• Merchandising Vehicles:

  • Assist in the presentation and display of vehicles on the showroom floor and lot.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, well-presented, and equipped with accurate pricing and information.

• Processing Internal Vehicles:

  • Handle the intake and processing of trade-in and internal vehicles.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Customer Assistance:

  • Provide customers with detailed product knowledge and information about vehicles and services.
  • Assist customers throughout the buying process, from initial inquiries to finalizing sales.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase features and benefits.

• Sales Support:

  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Assist with follow-up calls, emails, and other customer communication to drive sales and build relationships.

• Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory.
  • Assist with various administrative duties as needed to support the sales department.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong interest in the automotive industry and sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite.
