Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure total customer satisfaction through proactive problem identification and resolution.
    • Maximize opportunities to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Mailroom and Package Handling
    • Receive, sort, and deliver all incoming mail and packages according to assigned floors and time frames.
    • Wrap, seal, weigh, and affix postage to outgoing mail and packages in accordance with postal regulations.
    • Prepare special outgoing inter-office pouches and package and process outgoing overnight items.
  • Supplies, Copying, and Faxing
    • Organize and distribute supplies to clients, verify and log orders, and monitor inventory of copy supplies.
    • Handle items for distribution to clients, affiliates, dealers, and other stakeholders.
    • Estimate runtime on photocopy jobs, check copies for quality and accuracy, and produce bound copies as requested.
  • Administrative Support
    • Perform other administrative duties, including inserting, copying, and photocopying, as needed.
    • Provide minor maintenance of photocopy machines, including solving paper jams and routine cleanings.
    • Operate facsimile machines, send and receive faxes, and keep complete and accurate logs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years' experience working in a mailroom or professional office environment.
  • Basic knowledge of metering, weighting, logging, and other shipping procedures.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Ability to perform routine and some complex functions of various equipment and systems.
Working Conditions

The Field Support Representative will work in a fast-paced office environment, requiring physical activity, including bending, reaching, lifting, and prolonged periods of sitting or standing. May lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
