Job Title: Guest Experience Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a Guest Experience Lead to join our team at McDonald's. As a Guest Experience Lead, you will be responsible for leading the guest experience by checking in with guests, handling guest concerns, and providing resolve to their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the guest experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are enjoying themselves.
  • Handle guest concerns and provide resolve to their satisfaction.
  • Work hand in hand with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment.
  • Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App, Mobile Order & Pay features.

  • The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.
