- Efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and engineering departments to resolve guest issues
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Process cash transactions and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies
- Stay up-to-date on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to provide informed recommendations to guests
- Manage guest complaints and compliments in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
