Guest Experience Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Liaison to join our team at The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Nashville. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our discerning guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests to the hotel with a warm smile and a personalized touch, setting the tone for an exceptional stay.
- Act as a liaison between guests and the hotel, ensuring all their needs are met and exceeded.
- Arrange transportation, make reservations, and provide guests with information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Assist the concierge in handling mail and facsimiles, and provide guests with information about hotel services and amenities.
- Build lasting connections with guests through engaging conversations and a genuine interest in their needs and preferences.
