Front Desk Agent Specialist

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience for our guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment, possess a positive attitude, and be able to multitask with ease.
- Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and provide information on hotel services and facilities
- Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance as needed
- Maintain accurate records, manage front desk operations, and perform other administrative tasks as required
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; College course work in related field helpful
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred
- Possess a positive and upbeat personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve effectively
