Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing financial aspects of grants, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate financial reports to grantors.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation for audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
Compensation:
$60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience.
