We are seeking an experienced HVAC Counter Sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales and customer satisfaction by efficiently assisting customers, warehousing duties, and telephone orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders accurately and giving priority to regular accounts.
  • Utilize electronic and published catalogs to provide product information to customers.
  • Follow company pricing and credit guidelines.
  • Solve customer problems quickly and effectively.
  • Retrieve orders from warehouse promptly and accurately.
  • Increase sales and average order size through cross-selling, up-selling, and promotional sales items.
  • Promote and sell overages, damaged, and discontinued items.
  • Handle customer complaints and returns in a positive manner.
  • Maintain merchandising and counter areas clean and attractive.
  • Manage inventory levels and remove discontinued items from the sales floor.
  • Participate in scheduled physical inventory counts.
  • Drive sales activity through outbound sales calls as directed by management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer service issues.
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Prior HVAC experience required.
Benefits:

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary based on experience: $60,000 - 80,000 per year. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
