Job Description:
At Anticimex Carolinas, we are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. This role is responsible for building lasting relationships with commercial clients and driving business growth.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales-driven individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets, cultivating partnerships with commercial and residential builders, generating leads through networking and cold calling, and leveraging our state-of-the-art CRM to manage your sales pipeline effectively.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals/quotas. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of 3 years of Business-to-Business experience (B2B), and a valid driver's license with a solid 5-year driving history. They will also possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to learn or experience using Salesforce CRM.
