Position Summary: The Non-Qualified Plan Administrator is an integral member of the client services team, tasked with the management, development, and servicing of corporate non-qualified plans.

Key Duties

  • Oversee, track, and maintain client non-qualified benefit plan accounts, including fund investments and distributions.
  • Acquire and sustain a thorough understanding of the daily operational processes for assigned client plans.
  • Facilitate daily transactional activities in collaboration with the Trustee and trading desk.
  • Serve as the primary contact for participant inquiries, ensuring precise plan recordkeeping and data management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related position within the retirement services industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a dynamic work environment while consistently meeting performance benchmarks.
