Position Overview: The Non-Qualified Plan Administrator is an integral member of the client services team, tasked with the management, development, and servicing of corporate non-qualified benefit plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation, tracking, monitoring, and maintenance of client non-qualified benefit plan accounts, including fund investments and distributions.
- Acquire and sustain a comprehensive understanding of the daily operational processes for assigned client plans.
- Facilitate daily transactional activities in collaboration with the Trustee and trading desk.
- Serve as the primary contact for participant inquiries, ensuring precise plan recordkeeping and data management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline, along with industry experience or a suitable combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related capacity within the retirement services field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a dynamic environment while consistently meeting performance standards.
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting business documents and regulatory guidelines.
- Proficient in drafting reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
