- Assist clients with policy changes and questions, ensuring accurate information regarding insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, liaising with internal departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our agency's database.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for policy changes and claims.
- Assist the sales team by providing information and support during the sales process, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and referring potential clients to the sales team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a small team environment.
- Must hold or be able to complete property & casualty insurance licensing within 60 days.
