Manufacturing Process Engineer
Job Summary:
Actalent is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production operations team, you will be responsible for performing hardware reviews, executing tasks in support of production schedules, and attending production meetings. You will also review and disposition non-conforming products, update shop floor systems, and generate manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hardware reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Execute tasks in support of production schedules, including production planning and control.
- Attend production meetings to discuss production progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Review and disposition non-conforming products to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Update shop floor systems to reflect changes in production schedules and processes.
- Generate manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or a related field.
- Experience with military and/or defense industry standards preferred.
- Experience with electromechanical and/or cable harness assembly.
