Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Belcan. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

* Attend daily production meetings to discuss ongoing projects and address any concerns
* Review and disposition non-conforming materials to ensure quality control
* Update the Manufacturing Shop Floor system to reflect changes and improvements
* Perform hardware reviews to identify areas for optimization
* Provide technical support to the assembly workforce to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources
* Maintain and generate Manufacturing Documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

* Must be a US Citizen
* Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to interpret technical information and requirements
* Excellent organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with military and industry standards
* Manufacturing documentation development
* Experience with electromechanical and/or cable harness fabrication
