We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Auto Dealership Office Manager to join our team at Valenti Auto Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily dealership operations to ensure efficient and effective sales and service processes.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales and service professionals to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve dealership performance and profitability.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor and analyze sales and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a new car dealership environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
