Job Overview

Crystal Rock (Primo Water) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CDL Route Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for efficiently delivering bottled water and related products to our customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver pre-ordered products and upsell our popular brands/products to existing customers
  • Manage customer base within established route with an average of 50+ stops per day
  • Safely operate a commercial vehicle and perform all duties in a safe manner
  • Develop relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty
  • Complete service calls and resolve customer problems or complaints
  • Use handheld system to key transactions and manage customer data
  • Manage inventory and balance daily route activities
  • Protect company assets and collect equipment and customer payments
  • Identify opportunities to acquire new long-term customers to support route growth
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must maintain a CDL Class B license (or CDL Class A license) with proper Department of Transportation (DOT) certification
  • Ability to meet ongoing federal DOT physical requirements and testing
  • Basic computer/data entry skills and math abilities
  • Sales experience strongly preferred
  • Must be able to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 66 lbs
