As we continue to grow and innovate, we are on the lookout for a customer-centric Customer Success Account Manager who excels in a vibrant and fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized and efficient, with a proven history of fostering customer relationships, enhancing brand loyalty, increasing revenue, and minimizing churn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Trusted Advisor to guarantee an outstanding customer experience and maximize the value derived from WiLine services.
  • Establish and sustain long-term relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular account meetings to ensure customer satisfaction, comprehend customer objectives, and communicate how WiLine can help achieve those goals.
  • Inform customers about the WiLine product suite, increasing wallet share through upselling, additional services, and new location support.
  • Proactively manage and nurture accounts to identify and mitigate churn risks.
  • Analyze customer account trends and relay insights to internal teams to ensure quality standards and customer needs are met.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales with relevant industry experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas consistently.
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated success as a sales leader.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot and ZoomInfo.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technically proficient.

Location Flexibility:

We have successfully implemented a remote work model, allowing flexibility in location as our team expands. However, the role requires availability during Pacific Time Zone business hours.
