Job Title: Research Analytics Consultant

Job Summary:

Harnham is partnering with a leading consultancy firm in the sports analytics space to hire a Research Analytics Consultant. As a key member of the analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing customer decisions and usage data to drive tactical and strategic decisions. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders to promote a successful environment for consumer usage of SaaS-based products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer decisions and usage data to drive tactical and strategic decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders to promote a successful environment for consumer usage of SaaS-based products.
  • Engage in A/B testing to enhance optimization efforts for the product function within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, Masters is strongly preferred.
  • In-depth experience utilizing Python & SQL and a best-of-breed visualization tool such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc. in a commercial capacity.
  • Strong background in statistical or advanced analytics.
  • Strong communication skills in a cross-functional to both technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
