Inside Sales Account Manager

At H.B. Fuller, we're committed to connecting what matters. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business in your assigned territory.
  • Drive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Record customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system, ensuring seamless follow-up.
  • Use LinkedIn and other tools to research and source leads, turning prospects into clients.
  • Manage a territory with a budget responsibility of $3-6 million.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, mechanical, or marketing field (or equivalent experience).
  • High proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts and technical product lines.
  • A talent for influencing and closing sales via phone.
  • High proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce).
