Key Responsibilities

  • Primary contact for onboarding new clients, providing support and guidance to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Technical, and Operations, to set up and configure our software platform to meet client needs.
  • Collect and provide feedback to our product and service teams to inform improvements and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a SAAS environment.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving engagement, and mitigating churn.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail required.
  • Empathetic, positive, and self-driven attitude with a desire to help clients achieve their goals.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate starting at $22.00.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability insurance, supplemental life insurance, health savings account, and fixed indemnity plans.

Work Environment

  • Temp to Hire opportunity.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
