We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at SNI Companies. As a key member of our Client Success Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their success with our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary contact for onboarding new clients, providing support and guidance to ensure a seamless transition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Technical, and Operations, to set up and configure our software platform to meet client needs.
- Collect and provide feedback to our product and service teams to inform improvements and enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a SAAS environment.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving engagement, and mitigating churn.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail required.
- Empathetic, positive, and self-driven attitude with a desire to help clients achieve their goals.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $22.00.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability insurance, supplemental life insurance, health savings account, and fixed indemnity plans.
Work Environment
- Temp to Hire opportunity.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
