Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at Rose International. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with commercial banking customers, providing overall customer support services, and identifying potential problems and compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service customers' phone and email inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs.
  • Assist customers in navigating online platforms and Treasury Management products, utilizing the Bank's servicing tools such as emulation and co-browse.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of bank systems and regularly attend trainings to support and expand knowledge base.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to expand the relationship and provide additional value-added services.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to five years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and problem resolution skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with department-specific systems and Treasury Management products.
Preferred Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of departmental and bank products and services.
  • Technical support and/or cobrowse skills.
  • Preferred understanding of digital capabilities with experience in Information Technology environment.
