Job Description:

The Bartender plays a vital role in crafting beverages in the lounge area, adhering to established guidelines to guarantee exemplary guest experiences and financial success.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of menus and promotional offerings.
  • Attend to guests' food and beverage needs with attentiveness and courtesy.
  • Encourage guests to try food and beverage selections.
  • Understand the layout of the restaurants, lounges, and room service areas.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including closing checks and cash handling.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with industry practices in Bar/Food & Beverage/Hospitality.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to walk and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch as needed.
  • Must be able to lift and push up to 15 lbs. consistently.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in bartending, ideally within an upscale venue or luxury hotel environment.

Licenses or Certifications: ABC, TIPS, Food Handlers.
