We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Performance Coach to join our team at Holt CAT. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction through the development and delivery of comprehensive sales training programs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction. You will be based in San Antonio, TX, and will work closely with our sales team to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver sales training programs to improve customer engagement and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions
  • Conduct ride-along evaluations to assess salesperson effectiveness and provide feedback
  • Analyze sales metrics to measure the impact of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 8 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Expert knowledge of the heavy equipment industry and market trends
