We are seeking a talented Sales Manager Associate to join our team in San Antonio, TX. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to work closely with our Sales Manager and a team of Sales Representatives. You will be responsible for developing plans and strategies that align with sales goals, as well as spending time in the field with your assigned Sales Representatives to drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with customers
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching to Sales Representatives to ensure they have the tools and support needed to succeed
  • Recruit, interview, and train new Sales Representatives as needed

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in business-to-business sales or new account sales with a proven track record of success
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMs)
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and reliable transportation

Salary: $60,000 per year
