POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join our Growth team at Circle Medical Technologies. This role is pivotal in enhancing the patient journey through meticulous experimental design, hypothesis validation, and product evaluation.

In this capacity, you will collaborate with product managers, growth leaders, and marketing specialists, transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. Your expertise in A/B testing and digital analytics will empower our growth and product teams to refine user experiences and optimize product strategies for revenue enhancement. This position will report directly to the Head of Growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
  • Evaluate user behavior patterns and deliver actionable insights to cross-functional teams regarding user interactions with our digital offerings.
  • Oversee product performance metrics, proactively identifying growth opportunities through user funnel analysis.
  • Conduct in-depth product assessments to address specific business inquiries and provide actionable recommendations to product and marketing teams.
  • Ensure product usage data is systematically tracked and accessible to product managers and stakeholders by developing robust reporting capabilities for key metrics.
  • Collaborate across analytics, engineering, and growth teams to enhance the patient experience.
  • Guide stakeholders on effectively utilizing product data in their analyses and workflows.
  • Champion accurate product event tracking, documentation, and education on data structuring and analysis.
  • Contribute to the overarching data strategy across the organization.
  • Experimentation:
  • Provide expertise in A/B testing methodologies to ensure reliable and valid results.
  • Assist in curating the experimentation roadmap for product and growth initiatives.
  • Support teams in defining KPIs and objectives for optimization.
  • Evaluate test outcomes and recommend product enhancements based on findings.
  • Create dashboards for business stakeholders and conduct comprehensive analyses that highlight both statistical significance and business impact of experiments.
  • Communicate experimental results and proposed next steps to relevant stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with retention metrics.
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Background in data modeling and statistics, with a strong grasp of experimental design and statistical inference.
  • Experience with event-based data analysis.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker).
  • Knowledge of additional analytics tools that can enhance our capabilities.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics.
  • Prior experience in a rapidly growing technology environment is advantageous.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Circle Medical Technologies offers transparent salary structures based on merit, along with equity options as part of our total rewards package.

This is a full-time, salaried role with an annual salary range of $94,000 to $113,400 CAD, complemented by generous vacation and comprehensive medical/dental benefits.
