Role Overview

Shift4 is seeking a highly skilled Engagement Manager to join our team of Integrated Partners Engagement Managers. As a key member of our inside sales team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our sales partners. If you have experience in credit card processing, account management, and partner relationships, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project a positive attitude and image to sales partners and potential customers
  • Understand and present Shift4 Payments' various product and service offerings to potential clients in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands, and Europe
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, services, equipment, and solutions through ongoing training and education
  • Communicate effectively with sales partners via email, phone, and in person
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet personal and departmental goals
  • Organize and complete documentation, new paperwork, and sales reports in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the credit card industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Availability in both EST and PST time zones
  • Experience in Canadian/International credit card processing is a plus
  • Established record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and corporate standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and lead merchants
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing ideas for growth and direction
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with identifying and communicating with Shift4 departments
  • Exceptional organizational skills, especially with email and tasks
  • Ability to work with multiple companywide systems and departments
  • Must be able to make 50+ outbound phone calls per day
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to commit to 4 days in our Las Vegas office
