Business Development Specialist

Concentric LLC, a leading provider of industrial power services, seeks a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join its sales team. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and qualifying leads to drive revenue growth.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for new customers, responsible for generating awareness and engagement in key markets. You will utilize Concentric's sales processes and capabilities to initiate meaningful conversations, connect with targeted role players, and generate sales opportunities for our advanced solutions team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating awareness and engagement in key markets
- Utilizing Concentric's sales processes and capabilities to initiate meaningful conversations
- Qualifying and marketing advanced solution offerings to potential new customers
- Creating quotes for customers and following through on new leads created by our existing marketing efforts
- Preparing sales executives with lead information as needed
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable with technology, and have experience working in a customer-focused environment. A bachelor's degree from an approved institution or strong equivalent experience is required. The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
