Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Tempe, AZ. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing your pipeline, and developing strong relationships with clients.
This is a full-time, in-office position with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth. You will work closely with our internal support and CRM system to effectively communicate, close deals, and collaborate with team members.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate and maintain relationships with business decision makers
- Manage your pipeline and day-to-day tasks/appointments using HubSpot
- Make 120 calls per day, excellent leads provided
- Educate members on the payment processing industry and build rapport
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and complete online applications
- Closing minimum of 8 sales per month
- 1+ years of outbound phone sales experience
- Previous payments experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience utilizing HubSpot or like CRM system, a bonus
- Intellectual curiosity and passion to accomplish new tasks
- Great attitude, energy, and self-motivated work ethic
- Receptive to evaluation, coaching, and ongoing training
- 5-day work week (Mon - Fri)
- Hourly base pay equal to $40-50K annually, DOE
- Per account and monthly bonus structure
- Recurring monthly revenue share (this is awesome so ask about it)
- True OTE of $65-$85K first year and +$100,000 second year
