Business Development Specialist

The Bay Family of Companies offers a challenging business development opportunity for a skilled Business Development Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for research and development of lists of potential customers, following up and developing sales leads, and maintaining up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets.
You will also be responsible for establishing sales quotas and revenue goals, coordinating and participating in trade shows as determined by the company, and working with sales support to establish a communication path with the customer. Estimated salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year.
