Your key responsibilities will include generating quotes for available products, managing a specific customer portfolio, addressing inquiries via email and phone, and accurately processing sales orders. This position empowers you with the responsibility and authority to fulfill assigned tasks effectively.

KEY DUTIES

  • Assist in nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
  • Execute order entry, review and process orders, and generate credit requests.
  • Develop and maintain reports pertinent to specific customers.
  • Provide prompt quotes for available products.
  • Respond swiftly to email and phone inquiries with a positive and supportive approach.
  • Oversee a designated customer portfolio, cultivating strong relationships by proactively addressing client needs.
  • Accurately process sales orders, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, account managers, and internal teams to resolve administrative challenges.
  • Identify and suggest solutions for any delays or issues.
  • Collect competitive insights and provide feedback on customer satisfaction.
  • Offer administrative assistance to the sales team.
  • Maintain the customer database and monitor customer quality and delivery metrics.
  • Adhere to all customer quality standards.
  • Promote a safe working environment and comply with safety regulations.
  • Follow departmental policies, procedures, objectives, and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to team efforts by assisting with related tasks as needed.

STANDARD REQUIREMENTS

Comply with various International Standards to ensure quality and security adherence. All employees are expected to commit to following specific guidelines relevant to their roles.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • High School Diploma required; college education preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up capabilities.
  • Empathy for customers and exceptional service skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to drive sales opportunities to completion.
