Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Account Executive to join our team at Optimum. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Customized Solutions: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet the unique needs of each customer, ensuring that their telecom solutions are optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest telecom products and services, including mobile and fixed-line offerings, and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches that address customer concerns and objections, and showcase the unparalleled advantages of Optimum's products and services.
  • Closing Deals: Utilize your negotiation and closing skills to secure sales agreements and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers through exceptional post-sales support and assistance, turning them into loyal advocates for Optimum.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow sales team members to share insights, create strategies, and drive collective success.
  • Targets and Quotas: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas, demonstrating your commitment to personal and team triumph.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices, ensuring that all interactions are conducted with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum one year of previous door-to-door selling experience, effective communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and proficiency in computer and technical skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Sales-centric mindset, extensive product knowledge, digital proficiency, and ability to empathize with customers and provide tailored solutions.
