Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team at Didlake, Inc. This is a seasonal position that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and pruning.
  • Operate various equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and snow blowers, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Assist in the repair and maintenance of facilities, including fences, gates, and outbuildings.
  • Ensure the grounds are clean and free of debris, including leaves and litter.
  • Assist in the preparation of the grounds for special events and activities.
  • Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure the grounds are well-maintained and meet company standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
