About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in the climate solutions industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Satisfaction and Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Account Management: Drive the account management process for assigned customers, including developing customer account profiles, account strategies, and service delivery plans.
  • Sales and Growth: Identify and communicate sales opportunities to the account team and leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely proposals to customers.
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers, responding to inquiries and concerns within 24 hours.
  • Site Visits and Sales Opportunities: Visit customer sites regularly to ensure assigned work is being executed properly, identify sales opportunities, and communicate with customers.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of experience in a service or customer service capacity.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through written communication.
  • Availability and Flexibility: Available for local travel and able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
What We Offer
  • Total Target Compensation: $71,500 to $93,500, representing a mix of fixed base salary plus bonus program payment.
