  2. The attorneys and financial personnel to guarantee that the billing process is conducted efficiently and accurately.
  3. The Legal Division with routine administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver specialized support to the Municipal Water and Business Development legal teams, which includes evaluating and interpreting Requests for Proposals and preparing associated legal documentation.
  • Oversee, coordinate, and draft legal documents and communications pertaining to the renewal of current contracts.
  • Provide assistance to Municipal Water Attorneys, Business Development Attorneys, and external legal advisors by conducting legal research, scrutinizing facts, and drafting communications to clarify the Company's rights and obligations.
  • Manage the execution of contracts and agreements, ensuring adherence to internal protocols and regulations.
  • Assist the Legal Operations team with the billing process, ensuring it is executed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and resolve any outstanding balance issues.
  • Engage with external legal firms regarding all billing matters.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial accruals with precision.
  • Ensure timely approval of rate sheets within the billing system.
  • Assist the Data Privacy Counsel in overseeing compliance with data protection agreements.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Senior Director of Legal Operations.
  • Help coordinate meetings for members of the Legal Division.
  • Process invoices and payment requests from the legal team in our systems.
  • Conduct administrative duties for the Legal Division, including management of both paper and electronic records.
