LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Accounting Clerk to help our client in Carlsbad, CA. This temporary- to-hire opportunity is fully onsite.

The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for assisting with daily accounting procedures, processing invoices timely and accurately, investigating discrepancies and assisting with data entry. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations

· Review and process invoices

· Data entry, including entering new accounts and vendors and updating records

· Prepare financial reports

· Investigate discrepancies and assist with account questions

 

Qualifications:

· At least 1 year of experience preferred

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

· Working knowledge of accounting principles and general bookkeeping

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
