Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience professional to join our team as a Technical Experience Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on the use of our equipment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure clients are fully utilizing our equipment.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
