College Operations Director

This is a senior role at North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University that oversees the effective management of the Willie A. Deese College of Business and Economics (WDCOBE) Deans Office. Key Responsibilities
This is a 12-month position that requires the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. The College Resource Officer will be responsible for:
Assisting the Deans Office in the effective management of the college's operations, including property management, accounting, and support services.
Providing strategic guidance and support to faculty and staff to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
Serving as a liaison between the college and other departments and units within the university to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the college's business services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the College Resource Officer will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a field such as business administration, management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a role related to operations management, property management, accounting, or business services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
