Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Taproom Manager to join our team. As a key member of our taproom operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Taproom Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting taproom environment that reflects the brewery's values and mission.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and supervising taproom staff, providing continuous training and support to ensure staff performance and product knowledge.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and meet the needs of the taproom.
  • Assist in managing inventory of beer, merchandise, and supplies, ensuring that all stock levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner.
  • Assist in planning, promoting, and executing taproom events and promotions, ensuring that all events run smoothly and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations, conducting regular safety checks to maintain a secure environment.
