Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with client teams throughout the organization to establish requirements and timelines effectively.

Organize meetings, document minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

Assist in resolving process and technical challenges that may arise during the onboarding phase.

Utilize internal ticketing systems to monitor and record progress.

Ensure compliance with established onboarding guidelines and requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will be a proactive individual capable of working independently with minimal oversight.

They must possess the ability to quickly understand technical concepts and articulate them clearly in written form.

This role demands exceptional attention to detail, along with strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal abilities, negotiation skills, project planning capabilities, sound judgment, leadership qualities, decision-making aptitude, analytical skills, and problem-solving expertise.

Additional Qualifications:

A robust background in Cybersecurity is essential.

Familiarity with Cryptography principles and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is highly desirable.

Experience in technical writing is preferred.

Knowledge of information security best practices is advantageous.

Experience with audit and compliance frameworks (such as PCI, WebTrust, SOX) is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with tools like Confluence, JIRA, GitHub, and Splunk is a plus.
