Compensation: $38-$42/hr based on qualifications and experience.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid model based in a dynamic environment.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of shared digital assets utilizing CSEC's operational guidelines.
- Identify and establish Points of Contact (POCs) from investigations, linking them to relevant assets and resources.
- Collaborate with Rishab/CSEC and eDiscovery/Legal teams for data classification, ensuring compliance and proper handling of resources.
- Maintain a detailed plan of record, tracking timelines and statuses for identified resources and their POCs.
- Develop action plans for unidentified resources to be escalated to leadership for strategic decisions.
- Execute follow-ups with POCs, providing clear instructions for resource migration or removal from shared accounts.
Assets Under Review:
- Cloudtrail Logs - Monitoring ongoing activities for the past 90 days.
- Event records analysis to identify users linked to specific resources.
- S3 Buckets - 122 in total.
- EBS Snapshots - Approximately 20,000 across various regions.
- EC2 Instances - 166 active instances.
- Cloudfront - 117 distributions.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge of AWS environments.
- Minimum of 3 years in software-related roles.
- At least 2 years of experience working with AWS services.
- Proficient in Cloudtrail, S3, and EBS services.
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, gSuite, Slack, and Zoom.
- Possess soft skills relevant to Technical Project Management (TPM).
