Key Responsibilities:


As a subject matter expert, analyze and configure business systems solutions to meet organizational requirements and objectives.


Collaborate with system users to gather and analyze user requirements, evaluate the feasibility and impact of system modifications, and propose solutions to improve system functionality and efficiency.

Provide technical expertise and support for business systems, including troubleshooting issues, implementing system modifications, and managing system upgrades.


Utilizing a ticketing system, review and resolve issues, make necessary data changes in the system, and deliver solutions to end users while maintaining high standards of customer service and adhering to service level agreements.

Escalate complex issues to senior staff as necessary.

Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, and user manuals, to ensure accurate and current information.


Engage in system testing activities, including creating test plans, executing test cases, and overseeing user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of system changes.

Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support and guidance to facilitate system adoption and proficiency.

Act as a project lead on smaller projects. Create project plans, identify training and communication needs, and guide stakeholders through the execution of changes.

Stay updated on trends, best practices, and system enhancements to recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

May interact directly with vendors to troubleshoot or monitor issues and resolutions.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

2-4 years of relevant experience is required, with direct business systems experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret technical documents is essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Must be detail-oriented with a dedication to delivering high-quality work within established timelines.

Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional results.

Familiarity with business-specific programming languages is preferred.
