Business Systems Analyst

Under general supervision, this role is tasked with implementing, maintaining, and supporting business systems utilized by various stakeholders throughout the organization.

As a subject matter expert, analyze and configure business systems solutions to meet organizational requirements and objectives.
Collaborate with system users to gather and analyze user requirements, evaluate the feasibility and impact of system modifications, and propose solutions to improve system functionality and efficiency.
Utilizing a ticketing system, review and resolve issues, enter necessary data changes, and provide resolutions to end users while maintaining exceptional customer service and adhering to service level agreements.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, and user manuals, to ensure accurate and current information.
Engage in system testing activities, including creating test plans, executing test cases, and overseeing user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of system modifications.
Act as a project lead on smaller projects. Develop a project plan, identify training and communication needs, and guide stakeholders through the execution of changes.
Stay updated on trends, best practices, and system enhancements to recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
May collaborate directly with vendors to troubleshoot or monitor issues and resolutions.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
2-4 years of relevant experience is required, with direct business systems experience preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and understand technical documents are essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with business-specific programming languages is preferred.
