Key Responsibilities:

As a subject matter expert, you will analyze and configure business systems solutions to meet organizational requirements and objectives.


Collaborate with system users to gather and evaluate user requirements, assess the feasibility and impact of system modifications, and propose enhancements to improve system functionality and efficiency.

Provide technical support and expertise for business systems, including troubleshooting issues, implementing system changes, and managing upgrades.


Utilizing a ticketing system, you will review and resolve issues, make necessary data changes, and ensure excellent customer service while adhering to service level agreements.

Complex issues may be escalated to senior staff as required.

Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, and user manuals, to ensure accurate and current information.


Engage in system testing activities, including the creation of test plans, execution of test cases, and oversight of user acceptance testing, to guarantee the quality and reliability of system modifications.

Lead training sessions for end users and provide ongoing support to foster system adoption and proficiency.

Act as a project lead for smaller projects by creating project plans, identifying training and communication needs, and guiding stakeholders through the execution of changes.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and system enhancements to recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

May collaborate directly with vendors to troubleshoot or monitor issues and resolutions.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

2-4 years of relevant experience is necessary, with a preference for direct business systems experience.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to comprehend technical documentation are essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established deadlines are crucial.

Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment while maintaining focus on quality outcomes.

Familiarity with business-specific programming languages is preferred.
