Marketing Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. This role will be responsible for in-person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within our resorts, scheduling guests to meet with a representative for a presentation, and serving as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in
  • Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
  • Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
  • Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
Requirements:
  • Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, but not required
  • Must maintain production standards
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
