Job Summary:The Resident Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and providing educational materials to residents, as well as acting as a relocation specialist to help plan and coordinate in-place renovations and temporary relocations. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and provide educational materials to residents, including creating and obtaining materials from community service organizations.
- Act as a relocation specialist to help plan and coordinate in-place renovations and temporary relocations.
- Work closely with the onsite property management team to ensure the smooth operation of the property.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to residents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community service organizations and other stakeholders.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two or more years of experience in a social service delivery with the elderly and/or family population.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of supportive services and other resources in the area served by the project.
- English language proficiency (read, speak, and write).
- Ability to pass a full background check.
- Competitive salary of $23.89/hour.
